Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges vary based on the size and mode of your consignment. You will receive an email with your order summary and estimated delivery time once your order is placed. Generally, we take 7-10 working days to deliver within India. However, delivery may take longer in some locations depending on accessibility. If this happens, we will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp with updates. Please check these regularly for updates.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order. Your order will be shipped via a reliable courier partner, and delivery in 10-15 days. Some areas may take longer due to customs.
Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders unless the fault is on our end (e.g., defective or incorrect items).Import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Communication for International Orders
Since international customers cannot currently checkout through the website, the order process includes these steps:
1. Order Confirmation: After you email us the payment confirmation and product details, we will verify and confirm your order via email. (For more details, refer to the FAQs section on how to place an international order)
2. Shipment Notification: When your order is dispatched from our studio, you'll receive another email with tracking details. You can track your order via the courier company’s website using the tracking code provided in the email.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt delivery a second time before returning the shipment to our studio. Additional fees will apply for any further delivery attempts. Please note that we cannot process shipments if the provided address is incomplete or the contact number is incorrect.

Cancellation Policy
We can only accept cancellations for orders that haven’t been placed into production. For cancellations, write to us with your order ID to info@wearkani.com.
Returns & Exchanges
At Kani, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how exchanges work.
Eligibility for Exchange
1. Timeframe: Exchanges can be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
2. Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
3. Personalized or Custom-Made Products: These are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product via email at info@wearkani.com or WhatsApp at +91 807553884. Be sure to include the following details:
1. Your order number
2. The reason for the exchange (e.g., wrong size, item defective)
3. Clear photos of the product, if damaged or faulty.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process and, if applicable, provide you with an exchange authorization.
*Exchange Limit: Only one exchange per item is allowed. Once exchanged, the item is final and cannot be returned again.
Return Process (if applicable)
1. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
2. Credit Note for Returns: In case of a return, we do not provide cash refunds but will issue a credit note of equal value to the returned item. This credit note can be used on future purchases at Kani. Credit notes will exclude the original shipping cost and any duties or taxes applied to the order.
3. Kani is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process. We recommend securely packaging and tracking the returned item.
Exceptions
1. Discounted Products: Products purchased at a discount, sale, or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Products with Defects: If the item received is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
Exchange & Return Shipping Guidelines
1. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us.
2. Replacement Shipping Costs: Kani will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.
3. Liability for Loss or Damage: Kani is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process. We recommend securely packaging and tracking the returned item.
4. Processing Time: The replacement will be sent within the same delivery timeframe as the original item.
Terms & Conditions
1. All exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or has been tampered with.
2. Limited Edition or Sale Items may have specific exchange restrictions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
