Refund policy
At Kani, we do not offer refunds on products delivered in the original, unused condition. However, we can provide store credit of equal value to the returned product, which can be redeemed within 6 months on any item from our website. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@wearkani.com or via WhatsApp at +91 807553884. Depending on the situation, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost, a full refund for the damaged items will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days, or a store credit of equal value to the damaged product.
Cancellation Policy
