Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We have a standard shipping charge of INR 3000 for the first item you buy and INR 750 for every subsequent item.
How to place international orders?
We currently do not have a direct checkout option for international customers. However, placing an order is simple and seamless.

International Shipping Policy
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide via reliable courier partners. International shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order. Delivery typically takes 10–15 days, though it may take longer for certain areas due to customs.
Import Duties
Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be based on your country's regulations.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders unless the product is defective or the wrong item is shipped.
Order Communication
Since international customers cannot currently checkout through the website, the order process includes these steps:
- Order Confirmation: After you email us the payment confirmation and product details, we will verify and confirm your order via email.
- Shipment Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment on the courier company’s website.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the provided address and contact number are accurate and complete. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt. If the delivery still fails, the package will be returned to our studio, and additional fees will apply for further delivery attempts.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Since each Kani piece is crafted on a made-to-order basis, we do not keep a standing inventory. Once an order is placed, your item is carefully created from the ground up, which typically requires 7-10 working days. Please also allow an additional 2-3 days for domestic shipping and 10-15 days for international deliveries. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring you a unique, handcrafted piece.
What shopping and payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, Netbanking and Bank transfers for online orders.
If you find something you like but prefer not to use online payment methods, we’re also happy to accept direct bank transfers.

Can I get my order on a specific date?
Yes, we’ll do our best to meet your requested delivery date. Please leave a note while you add your product to the cart under "Order Special Instructions", and if there are any delays, we’ll inform you in advance using your provided contact details.
